About VeeJay Marine
VeeJay Marine is owned and operated by the Gutierrez family. With over 30 years of experience in the marine industry. The primary owner; Arturo Sr. worked his entire career in boat yards in the Richmond and Sausalito area for 25 years. Arturo Sr. worked various positions that allowed him to specialize in fiberglass, paint, carpentry, plumbing, rigging, mechanical, travel lift operation, and team leadership. He then decided to start his own mobile marine repair business where he has had the opportunity to work in various marinas across the Bay Area. Following his steps are his two sons Arturo Jr. and Jonathan. Arturo Jr. has worked side by side to his father learning and improving painting and fiberglass techniques. As a former Field Service Technician for Peterson CAT for 8 years, Jonathan has specialized in generators and marine engines.
